Kathleen Powell-Smith is the Pre-Suit Case Assistant and Receptionist at Luhrsen Law Group. She is a fifth generation resident of Manatee County, Florida graduating from Palmetto High School in 1996.
After graduating high school, Kathleen worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist for 10 years at a data processing company in Bradenton, Florida. She started her legal career at a Real Estate Law Firm in 2005 and joined the staff of Luhrsen Law Group in July of 2006.
Kathleen graduated from Keiser University achieving an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies.
Kathleen and her husband Shane were married in 2008 and live in Palmetto.
